What is Jesus HUG?

Jesus HUG shares a simple reminder: Jesus is near, He cares, and you’re held in His love. Our stickers, apparel, and gifts help you carry that encouragement and share it with others.

What sticker sizes and quantities are available?

Our Jesus HUG sticker packs feature 2-inch stickers in quantities of 50, 100, 250, or 500.

When will my stickers ship?

We ship sticker orders through USPS within one business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking information will be sent by email or text message. Delivery time depends on the USPS service used and your destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard US sticker shipping is currently $4. Shipping costs may vary with order size or requests for faster delivery.

For expedited shipping, please email orders@jesushug.org before ordering so we can confirm availability and cost.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available! Please contact orders@jesushug.org before placing an international order.

Can I return my stickers?

We accept returns of used or unused stickers. To start a return, contact orders@jesushug.org within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your stickers.

We’ll refund the price of the returned stickers and the original shipping charge you paid. You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake and your sticker order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or has missing items, we’ll make it right and cover the related shipping costs.

Email orders@jesushug.org with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos are helpful for damaged or incorrect items.

If your package hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can help look into it.

Who handles apparel orders and returns?

Our apparel store is powered by Fourthwall, which handles apparel orders, shipping, and returns.

Our sticker shipping and return policies apply to stickers purchased directly from jesushug.org. Apparel purchases follow the policies provided by our Fourthwall store.
