About these terms

Jesus HUG is operated by ORLITCO LLC, doing business as Jesus HUG. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ORLITCO LLC doing business as Jesus HUG.

These terms explain the use of jesushug.org and purchases made directly through this website. Please read them before placing an order.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information when placing your order.

Review your order details before completing checkout. If you notice an error afterward, email orders@jesushug.org as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Product prices, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases without changing the amount agreed upon for an existing order.

Sticker shipping

We ship sticker orders through USPS within one business day of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard US shipping is currently $4. Shipping costs may vary with order size or requests for faster delivery. Please contact us before ordering to confirm expedited shipping availability and cost.

Tracking information will be sent by email or text message. Shipping time is separate from delivery time, which depends on the USPS service used and your destination.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we’ll notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling for a prompt refund of the unshipped order.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available by arrangement. Please contact orders@jesushug.org before placing an international order.

Sticker returns and refunds

We accept returns of used or unused stickers. To start a return, contact orders@jesushug.org within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your stickers.

We’ll refund the price of the returned stickers and the original shipping charge you paid. You’re responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us.

If we sent damaged or incorrect items, or left items out of your order, we’ll make it right and cover the related shipping costs.

Apparel purchases

Our separate apparel store is powered by Fourthwall, which handles apparel orders, payment, shipping, and returns.

Apparel purchases are subject to the terms and policies presented in that store. Our sticker shipping and return policies do not apply to apparel purchases.

Use of our website

Please use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access information without authorization, or submit fraudulent orders.

Our designs and content

The Jesus HUG name, logos, original designs, and website content belong to their respective owners.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or grant permission to reproduce that artwork on other products. You’re welcome to gift and share the physical stickers you purchase!

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms as our website or services change. Updates will be posted on this page. Changes will not retroactively reduce the rights or promises associated with an order already placed.
