Jesus HUG is operated by ORLITCO LLC, doing business as Jesus HUG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit jesushug.org, purchase from our shop, or contact us.

Payments

Our shop uses Stripe and PayPal to process payments. Depending on availability, checkout may also offer payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo.

These providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. We receive information needed to manage your order, such as payment status, transaction references, and limited payment-method details. We do not receive your complete card number through the standard Stripe or PayPal checkout process.

Shipping and Order Fulfillment

We share the information needed to deliver your order with shipping carriers and any shipping-label service used for that shipment. This may include your name, delivery address, contact information, and shipment details.

Our sticker orders are shipped through USPS. We may purchase shipping labels through Pirate Ship or directly through the postal service.

We use Complianz to provide our cookie notice and preference controls.

Some cookies and similar technologies support essential functions, such as maintaining your cart, processing checkout, remembering privacy choices, and protecting the website. Other technologies support analytics or third-party features.

Where externally hosted Google Fonts or embedded social media features are loaded, their providers may receive information such as your IP address and the page being accessed. Social features may involve Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest.

A regular link to a social media website takes you to that provider’s website when clicked. Embedded content and other integrations may communicate with the provider directly from our website, depending on the feature and consent settings.

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Fourthwall Apparel Shop

Our apparel shop is hosted separately through Fourthwall. If you follow a link to that shop, information submitted there is handled through Fourthwall’s systems and is subject to the privacy notices and terms displayed there.

Please review those notices before placing an apparel order. Any information we receive in connection with those orders is used for order-related support and business administration.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain information according to the purpose for which it was collected. Relevant factors include fulfilling orders, handling returns or disputes, providing customer support, preventing fraud, and meeting tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.
